Mail Art Project - Week Five

Cottonwood Trees

These are all hand dyed and screen printed with photos of local cottonwood trees.

This week's extra postcard will be going off to Hilary in Australia. Her name was randomly selected.

Would you like to receive one of my Mail Art postcards? Please send your full name and mailing address to me in an email. You only need to send your mailing information once. I will keep it for future mailings.

  3. I saw your fossil quilt today at the Houston Quilt Show. It looks great, I got nose to nose to see all the details. I love seeing your work online but there is nothing quite like the beautiful real deal.

  4. Hi Cynthia,
Love your blog! The Irish Patchwork Society are having a postcard exhibition next year (international & national entries needed) and just thought that you might like to enter because of your mail art.
Fabric postcards are needed for the "Branching Out" Postcard exhibition - which is part of the Irish Patchwork Society's 30th Anniversary Celebrations. We're looking for postcards on the theme of "Branching Out" to be sent to the IPS PO Box. Postcards must be stamped and sent through the mail (i.e. not in an envelope). Postcards will be displayed in the Botanic Gardens Dublin in July-August 2011.
Postcards will be non-returnable. They will be raffled/auctioned off the Knitting & Stitching Show in November 2011 and all proceeds raised will go to Breast Cancer Ireland.
Further details can be found on http://www.irishpatchwork.blogspot.com
    Regards
    Claire
