Spring Blossoms - Finally Finished

I've been working on this one for quite a while. I've shared a lot of the process since I've done little else besides working on our gigantic home improvement project.

I am satisfied with the final result, and the deadline has arrived.

My 4 year old grandson, Airus has repeatedly asked if he could have this quilt. He has probably brought it up at least a dozen times.

  2. I love it! Especially with all the embellishments you added! The beading really brought the sun to life, as well as your stitching... I don't blame Arius for wanting it!

  4. This is a spectacular quilt, Cynthia. It is especially wonderful because we have watched it develop from its very first creative drawing. I especially love how you have melded the colors across the entire face of the quilt--carrying the yellow/orange from leaves to sun to flowers. It is very balanced. Thank you for sharing.

  9. I love this quilt! I've been planning on making a big tree quilt for our granddaughter...I particularly love the 3D of the leaves, the rays from the sun, the wonderful flowers, and the colors.
