Casa Riconada in Chaco Culture National Historical Park

 Casa Riconada is the largest known Great Kiva in the park. 

A kiva was a gathering place for ceremony and possibly for commerce.

 

 

 The sun was starting to go down and the sky was filling with clouds as we visited this area.
