Resist with Fabric Paint

I've been collecting resists for a long time. They fill an entire shelf in my studio. I have never used them. I got hooked on using Elmer's Glue Gel as a resist, and have not explored the properties of the others.

Last week, I filled a squeeze bottle with a black water based resist, a Jacquard product, I think, and did a big doodle. After it dried, I painted with Setacolor fabric paints.

  1. I've been playing with the glue too but I love this black doodle resist. Very "mod!"

  2. You create the most interesting and gorgeously color-saturated fabrics. I just love them!
