
Last week we took advantage of a day of mild temperatures to make our escape to the arid landscape at the base of Pryor Mountain. This area is known as Petroglyph Canyon.

The views from the parking area were inspiring. The Beartooth Mountains off to the west (above), and Pryor Mountain to the east (below)

Love the new fresh look of your blog Cynthia. Hoping to see photos of the petroglyphs. I loved seeing them in New Mexico last year for the first time.
