I have already layered and machine quilted the six silk collages. Now, I want to add dimension to the branches by adding some hand stitching across the branches.
I was surprised that you added the stitchery after you had quilted the piece. I thought about doing that to a quilt I made, but talked myself out of it. I admire your courage and will do some stitches on my own work. Thanks for the inspiration. ~Jan Myhre, Spokane, WA
