Following East Rosebud Creek - Last Day on the Beaten Path

 On the morning of our final day on this wonderful backpacking trip, we climbed up out of the Rimrock Lake basin and into the rugged East Rosebud drainage.  Soaring granite peaks were exposed on all sides.  The trail zig-zagged down through a steep rockslide.
