Block Printed Coordinates

A little experiment with some fat quarters - I thought I would see if I could make fabric that coordinates. Not my greatest achievement, but I don't have anything else to post about today! I do think the paisley stamp is interesting . . . I've not really used it much, although I made it several months ago.

Actually - I like this a lot. I love how the yellow of the paisley pops on the second piece.

Keep trying things out and posting them, I just don't seem to have time and live vicariously through you and other talented textile artists. One day I will have time!

I love 'em! And really love the stamp design! Is it plumbers' gasket?

I can't see it in person as you can, but I like the way the fabrics actually do co-ordinate!

The stamp IS interesting to me as well. I guess I will have to start making stamps very soon now that I've found my supply of gasket material.
