I have posted a lot of pictures of Yellowstone Lake where the ice was gone and the calm water reflected the mountains and sky beautifully. Here are some images showing areas where the ice remained - at least partially covering the surface.
These pictures you've been posting of Yellowstone Lake really are quite something. I don't know that I've seen it captured this way before. Thanks for sharing.
