East Rosebud Trail

This is the final waterfall on East Rosebud Creek before it arrives at East Rosebud Lake.  Our other vehicle was parked at the East Rosebud trailhead and so these pictures are from the final stretch of our 27 mile backpacking trip through the Beartooth wilderness.

We got a few last looks at the burned out forest and the rugged peaks before heading down the trail past the lake.  I didn't take pictures of East Rosebud Lake because it is not very scenic - it is surrounded by privately owned cabins!
