Flathead Cherry Picking

Last week, we traveled to Whitefish, where we stayed with my sister and her daughter and twin grandsons (who were also visiting from another part of Montana).  We got up early and drove down to Flathead Lake, where we spent the morning picking organic cherries.  They are really yummy!  My mother grew up in this area and it is a sentimental journey for her to visit the area during the cherry harvest.
