One thing I have learned to look forward to at the beach house is the Tamale Vendors who come around with coolers filled with piping hot tamales! There are two older ladies who make the BEST tamales in Puerto Penasco, in my opinion. I always stock up when I see the tamale ladies! I have many food allergies, but these tamales are gluten, soy, egg, and dairy free. No cooking! Horray!
