Stonecrop and Fritillary
Stonecrop - a type of Sedum, appears to be popular with the Fritillary butterflies.
My research indicates this is a Variegated Fritillary.

Stone crop has invaded my garden beds here in Spokane. It spreads like wildfire if it gets broken apart when weeding. Pretty, but hard to control. Glad it does well in the mountains. ~Jan Myhre, Spokane WA(Montanan)
