Lake at Falls is one of my favorite lakes on this trail. Two years ago, we spent an entire day relaxing, soaking up the sun, and trying to catch the hybrid cutthroat-golden trout in these waters.
This time, we just stopped for a snack. It was smoky and also breezy, so we rested a while, then headed on down the trail.
