Crossing East Rosebud Creek

We finally got to a point where we had to cross  East Rosebud Creek.  Creek crossing is not one of my favorite things.  Tottering along stepping from one rock to the next..... I do not have the best sense of balance - that is why I carry two walking sticks.
I did make it across without getting wet.  I love this picture for the way it shows the trail.  We were headed up our final uphill stretch on this day.

Thank you for posting these wonderful pictures! They made me want to do this trail hiking as well! Do you still remember the name of the trail? And is this in Montana? I'd like to share this information with my boyfriend so we can go there for our next hike! :)
