Wildflowers above Bald Knob Lake in the Beartooth Mountains

 As we climbed above Bald Knob Lake and moved above tree line, we were treated to massive swaths of colorful and lush wildflowers!

 I'm afraid my pictures do not really do them justice, but it was really the most beautiful sight, and the flowers would continue to brighten the trail over the next 4 miles or more!

I missed this post. I think this is my favorite spot so far--boulders, hill and flowers. So nice!
